Factors Influencing the Growth and Maintenance of Tubed Cultures of Embryonic Chick Cells

ABSTRACT

An analysis was made of factors influencing the culture of embryonic chick cells. The procedures found to be optimal resulted in monolayers which survived for about 15 days.
